AdvancedMD

AdvancedMD requires the use of Internet Explorer which is the only browser that currently supports ActiveX. If you are encountering errors when trying to sign into AdvancedMD, or after sign-in and certain elements are not working, please ensure the below steps have been followed to ensure that the Internet Explorer settings for your user account have been configured properly. 

Automatic Settings Configuration: AdvancedMD provides a file that can be downloaded that attempts to automatically configure your internet explorer settings automatically. Try the following guide.

Manual Settings Configuration: If the automatic settings configuration guide did not work, configure your browser manually. Steps take around 1-2 minute to completes at most.
